EnemyScalez Agency, LLC ("EnemyScalez," "we," "us") is a growth marketing agency based in Lubbock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (the "Site") and how we handle it. It doesn't apply to any third-party site we link to, or to the accounts/platforms we manage on behalf of clients.
Information you give us
Quote form and newsletter link. When you use our quote form or the newsletter "Sign Up" link, the Site opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to us. We only receive what you choose to send — typically your name, business name, email, phone number, and any notes you include. These two work by email only: the Site itself does not store those submissions in a database; your message reaches us the same way any email does.
Brand application (/apply). Our application page works differently: it is a real form, not an email link. When you submit it, we receive the answers you entered:
- Brand and contact details: brand name, website, Instagram handle, your name, email address, and phone number.
- The services you're interested in (website, Meta ads, CRM).
- Answers about your current setup for the services you pick: your website platform, what isn't working and whether you have brand assets; whether you run Meta ads, your monthly ad spend, ad account access, and (optionally) your ROAS and cost per result; your CRM or tools, team size, and lead volume.
- Fit details: your monthly revenue range, when you want to start, whether a budget is set, and your biggest bottleneck.
- Marketing-source details: the
srcandutm_parameters from the link you arrived on (if any), the address of the page you landed on (without anything after a "?"), the page you came from (the referrer), and when you first visited. - Anti-spam data: an invisible form field that real visitors leave empty, and the time you started filling in the form.
Information collected automatically
This Site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking. The automatic data flows are: loading web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to display our typography, and — on most pages other than the application page — loading a smooth-scrolling script (Lenis) from unpkg.com. Those providers may log standard request information — like your IP address — when your browser fetches those files, under their own privacy practices, not ours. The application page loads fonts only, with no third-party scripts. Like any website, our hosting provider also receives standard request information (such as IP address, browser, and the pages requested) in order to serve the Site.
Saved in your browser. As you fill in the application, your answers are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your own device, so you can come back to an unfinished application. That saved copy is kept until you submit, choose "Start over," clear your browser's site data, or 7 days after you last edited it. The marketing-source details above are also kept in localStorage for up to 30 days, so they can go with your application if you return later. This is browser storage on your device, not a cookie, and nothing in it is sent to us until you submit the application.
If any of this changes in the future — for example, if we add analytics or advertising tracking — we'll update this page to reflect it.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or send whatever you asked for. For the brand application, we use it to evaluate your application, decide whether and how we can help, and contact you about it, including by automated email about your application. We use the marketing-source details only to understand which of our marketing brings in applications. We don't use your information for anything beyond that.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. Newsletter emails reach our own inbox directly through your email application. Quote-form requests and applications are sent from this Site to EnemyScalez's own CRM over a server-side connection, and our team is notified so we can follow up. The service providers that host this Site and our CRM and deliver email on our behalf handle that information only to run those services for us.
Your choices
Since we don't run tracking on this Site and don't maintain a marketing list beyond people who've personally emailed us or applied, there isn't a tracking opt-out to offer. You can clear the saved copy of an unfinished application at any time with "Start over" on the form or by clearing your browser's site data. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of what you've sent us — including a submitted application or an email you sent — email enemyscalezagency@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
