CRM plans are published: Basic $150/mo, Premium $250/mo, Custom from $300/mo. Every plan includes email and SMS up to a monthly allowance; usage beyond it is billed as overage. Plans are billed monthly in advance: you pay on the 1st and get the full calendar month. Ad management and website builds don't have a fixed rate card: a startup's first campaign and a $10K/mo scale account shouldn't get the same quote. Meta accounts typically need a few weeks of structured testing before we scale spend — we won't make a scaling call on unproven data. Website and CRM builds run on their own project timeline, scoped up front.
