Amarillo & The Texas Panhandle
Northgate is an owner-operated roofing crew in Amarillo. We inspect for free, show you photos of what we actually find, and hand you a written quote with no pressure — whether that’s a small repair, a full replacement, or documenting storm damage for your insurance claim.
Free inspection. Photo report. No pushy follow-up calls.
What’s going on with your roof?
What We Do
Everything that keeps water out of your house, handled by the same people from first inspection to final cleanup.

Small leak or full tear-off, we’ll tell you which one you actually need. Solid decking, sealed flashing, proper ventilation, and a magnet sweep of your yard before we leave.

We find the hail and wind damage you can’t see from the ground, document it with dated photos, and walk you through the claim process so you’re never guessing what to tell your adjuster.

Seamless gutters cut to fit your home, right-sized downspouts, and proper slope so water leaves your foundation instead of pooling at it. Installed alone or alongside a new roof.
Learn More →How It Works
We get on the roof and check shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, then send you photos of what we find — good and bad. No “the sky is falling” sales pitch.
You get a written quote with repair-versus-replace options, materials spelled out and the price up front. If storm damage is involved, we help document it for your adjuster.
We schedule around the weather, protect your landscaping, and finish with a full cleanup and a walk-through. You sign off before we call the job done.
The Northgate Standard
West Texas weather is hard on roofs, so we don’t cut corners where you can’t see them. Proper decking repairs, sealed flashing and real ventilation, because a roof only lasts as long as its weakest detail.

Most roofing horror stories come down to the same three things: pushy sales, vanishing crews and surprise costs. We built Northgate to fix all three.
You deal with the person who quotes your job and checks it when it’s finished — not a call center or a rotating sales rep.
Every inspection comes with dated photos. You see the damage before you hear a price, and you decide on your own time.
We know what adjusters look for and how to document it. We’ll never inflate damage or offer to “waive” your deductible.
Magnet sweep, protected landscaping, daily debris haul-off, and a written workmanship warranty with the terms printed on your quote.
What Homeowners Say
“They found hail damage two other roofers missed, sent me photos, and told me exactly what to show my adjuster. The crew finished fast and my yard was spotless.”
— Marcus T., Amarillo“I expected a hard sell and got the opposite. They told me only the flashing needed work, not the whole roof. That honesty is why I’ll call them again.”
— Dana K., CanyonCole R. — Owner, Northgate Roofing & Exteriors
I started Northgate after watching neighbors get burned by out-of-town storm chasers who disappeared once the check cleared. Every job here still gets my eyes on it before we call it finished.

Questions
Often it’s a repair, and we’ll say so. We look at the age and condition of the shingles, the decking, flashing and vents, then show you photos and give you both options in writing. If a full replacement is the smarter spend, we’ll explain why. If it isn’t, we won’t sell it.
That depends on your policy and your adjuster, and no honest roofer can promise otherwise. What we can do is inspect, document the damage with dated photos, and give you a clear repair estimate to bring to the claim. You file the claim; we make sure you have the evidence.
If you suspect hail or wind damage, call us first for a free inspection. If there’s damage worth claiming, you’ll know before you file, and if there isn’t, you’ve avoided an unnecessary claim. Policies have filing deadlines, so don’t sit on it after a big storm.
A typical single-family home is often one to three days of on-roof work, weather permitting. Bigger roofs, multiple layers or decking repairs can add time. You’ll get a schedule up front and a call if anything changes.
Yes. The inspection, the photo report and the written quote are free with no obligation. If you decide to wait, or go with someone else, you still keep the photos.
Panhandle weather changes fast, so we plan for it. We watch the forecast, tear off only what we can dry in the same day, and tarp anything exposed. Your home doesn’t get left open to the sky overnight.
