Sample pricing: in this demo, paver patios run roughly $18 to $32 per square foot installed, depending on material, base prep and access. You get a fixed, written bid after a free walk-through.
Sample timeline: a typical patio or fire pit is one to two weeks once materials land. Walls and full kitchens run longer. Your bid lists a start window and a finish target, and we tell you early if weather moves it.
We prepare the drawings and paperwork your city or HOA asks for, and we tell you up front which projects need them. Taller walls and gas lines usually do.
We protect access paths, stage materials on plywood and haul debris off. Turf we have to disturb gets patched or re-sodded as part of the written scope, not as an add-on.
